Capacità di ascolto, dedizione, pazienza e simpatia insieme ad alta professionalità accomunano maestro e istruttori e creano un'atmosfera vivace, serena e costruttiva.
Chi insegna accoglie: non espone nozioni ma condivide e cerca di trasmettere con passione quello che ha imparato in anni di esperienza, prestando attenzione ad ogni singolo allievo e alle sue necessità, con un atteggiamento che infonde fiducia nelle proprie capacità e stimola l'approfondimento e la crescita personale sia dal lato fisico/tecnico sia da quello mentale/spirituale.
Courses followed: karate adults and children, self defense.
Listening skills, dedication, patience and sympathy together with high professionalism unite teacher and instructors and create a lively, serene and constructive atmosphere.
Those who teach welcomes: they do not exhibit notions but share and try to pass on with passion what they have learned over years of experience, paying attention to each individual student and their needs, with an attitude that instills confidence in their abilities and stimulates deepening and personal growth both from the physical / technical and from the mental / spiritual side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle perchè? Perchè dopo un paio di lezioni con Marco Cozzutto mi sono detta: MAI PIU' SENZA! E' un istruttore molto competente, preciso che segue con molto attenzione ciascun partecipante; è molto serio...ma non serioso! Nelle sue lezioni di ginnastica (con tanta varietà di esercizi) o di autodifesa si lavora (e anche sodo) ma in un clima di leggerezza e simpatia, senza inutili esagerazioni o esaltazioni. Nella sua capacità di creare gruppo c'è posto per tutti. Marco è co-fondatore della Bushido Trieste, una realtà nuova, in espansione, ricca di proposte interessanti che consiglio vivamente.
5 stars why? Because after a couple of lessons with Marco Cozzutto I said to myself: NEVER AGAIN! He is a very competent, precise instructor who follows each participant very carefully; he is very serious ... but not serious! In his gymnastics classes (with a lot of variety of exercises) or self-defense you work (and also hard) but in an atmosphere of lightness and sympathy, without unnecessary exaggeration or exaltation. In his ability to create a group, there is room for everyone. Marco is co-founder of Bushido Trieste, a new, expanding reality full of interesting proposals that I highly recommend.
