★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if it's just this burger King or all of them in Italy yet, but they don't offer a vegetarian burger like in the UK. Our options were very limited but luckily right next to this outlet is a great pizza d'asporto place. I don't mean the counter with the sandwiches, but rather the one just for pizza. Had many great pizzas there many times and they don't cost the earth. The only reason we went for BK though was because this place was shut. Maybe if BK did a veggie burger like they do in the UK......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of scammers at this BK! Staff pretends that they don't understand English as long as it's not about money. We ordered one crispy chicken and 2 hamburgers. When I checked the receipt, it stated two crispy chicken instead. I immediately returned to the cashier and asked to adjust the order and to refund the difference. As a response she just waived her hand "no, don't stand on the way". Then she tried to give two extra hamburgers. Dropped one on the floor and put it back on the shelf instead of throwing it away. Just disgusting! After the manager came she explained that Burger King doesn't refund incorrect orders. Really?! Only in Italy, I guess? I visited 35+ countries but never encountered such blatant lies right in your face. After I threatened with police, they gave me 2 euro back. No excuses, no apologies. And yes, everybody suddenly understood English. What a miracle! Avoid this place! Just go elsewhere and get a panini with coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not big and beautiful but one of the better BKs in Europe. The burgers are not squished and filled good. The staff is very helpful and cared about us having a pleasant and delicious stay. Special thanks to the nice cashier today that helped us out with the order. Great accomplishments for there only being two workers on such a busy day.

SCAMS YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!
I can only add to the bad reviews. They charged me for a menu although I wanted a single burger. They did not want to cancel this order anymore so I had to take it. They gave me just any drink, only after shouting at the staff she gave me what I wanted. Later in the train i realized they ripped me off. They did not add any french fries and not as many nuggets as I paid for. Overall super super bad experience! I want my money back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dry food without any taste. The only tasteful food were the pommes. I thought Burger King tastes the same, wherever you are, but that isn't the case. I wouldn't recomend to eat here.
