★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined January 2020 around 20:00. Extremely busy. Staff was very accommodating and let me make a few alterations and requests. BK, Have it your way! No seating anywhere inside. Bathrooms were pretty destroyed, literally toilet seat ripped off and trash everywhere. I thought it was expensive at €7.50 for a meal, but as an American, I am used to a dollar menu. Still a decent place for a quick meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! Disgusting. A huge cockroach crawling on the wall. We made 13 different orders for 13 different meals and they gave us the wrong order EACH TIME. A lady called Maria was unrepentant when she got our orders wrong. On top of that gave us the WRONG change.
By the 3rd order with 10 orders left to be made we obviously learnt and asked for a seperate RECIEPT BUT SHE WAS RELUCTANT to give us a seperate reciept. The irony in all this is we all wanted to use the toilet and lo and behold...you need a receipt in order to use the toilet!?!?!? ???.
Poor branch...poor management...poor customer service. Absolutely SHOCKING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No control for green pass. A homeless man was bothering anyone who tried to have lunch. I almost threw up when he put out food from the rubbish bag and ate it in front of us. They should be closed by the headquarters.
