★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iniziare un percorso nutrizionale richiede una buona dose di coraggio: significa mettere da parte tutte le (cattive?) abitudini e farsi guidare su una strada nuova, ricca di piacevoli scoperte e anche sorprese,perché no. Affidarsi ad uno specialista: anche questo richiede coraggio, poiché non sempre si conosce chi si ha di fronte e questo fattore potrebbe incidere non poco, soprattutto nel caso di una dieta.Personalmente, ritengo che il segreto sia fidarsi ciecamente di chi ti guida in questo percorso e nel mio caso questo è stato il primo passo per il raggiungimento dei primi, fantastici risultati. A 43 giorni esatti di dieta ho perso ben dieci kg,alternando il regime indicato dal dottor Pariante e un minimo di attività sportiva.A 4 mesi dall'inizio del percorso nutrizionale ho perso ben 20 kg. Il dottore è una persona preparatissima e davvero positiva, disponibile sempre,anche attraverso social e telefono. Non posso che consigliarlo, ritengo che sia un gran motivatore e un serio professionista, come pochi ormai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si pensa alla parola "dieta" si pensa subito a sacrifici fatti da digiuni drastici e da sofferenze atroci..ebbene non è cosi! la prima impressione che si ha entrando nello studio non è di parlare con dei dottori pronti a giudicare il tuo operato fatto finora tutt'altro, si crea subito un clima di confidenza, di amicizia e di totale sincerità: basi solide per poter raggiungere il proprio obbiettivo, qualsiasi esso sia, in perfetta armonia e serenità.
a distanza di 4 mesi ho raggiunto il risultato sperato perdendo 15 kg e soprattutto imparando ad utilizzare un'alimentazione sana, e tutto questo grazie a due dottori FANTASTICI.
