Entrata in negozio con intenzione di prendermi una borsa ma purtroppo sin dall’accoglienza mi sono sentita molto a disagio . La commessa con i capelli grigi (tra l’altro molto trasandata e secondo me inadatta ad un negozio di questo livello ) mi ha chiesto se ero da sola ( perché poi? Boh ) e mi ha invitato a igienizzare le mani con tono arrogante e di superiorità per poi seguirmi come fossi i una ladra per tutto il tempo che sono rimasta dentro …ad un certo punto le ho chiesto spiegazione di perché mi seguiva e lei mi ha detto per il Covid ?….poi finché mi guardavo attorno mi ha detto mostrato l’uscita è come battuta le faccio “ma mi sta mandando via ?” E lei … no ma tanti sbagliano ed escono per l’entrata ! Invece di chiederti se hai bisogno e cosa cerchi ti mostrano l’uscita ! Sconvolta sono uscita ! Mai più lì dentro e ringraziate la vostra commessa con caschetto riccio grigio .

Staff at entrance is was rude, insisted that my N99 face mask is "against regulation in Italy" because I'll exhale germs in his face, and then generously offered me disposable single layer mask that would obviously protect both of us (at least in his mind). He was so concerned with enforcing Italian "right" mask rule that he forgot to ask me for my Covid pass. I guess that experience was so traumatic for him he also forgot to check other patrons for their Covid pass, or it is just a trade-off which rules glorified doorman wants to enforce not to lose shops customers. In any case one patron is permanently lost since I won't go there again.
