 first holiday on the snow, arrived in PINZOLO on indications we contacted this agency the best thing we could not do, of the many services offered we have chosen, snowshoeing with dogs and dinner in a refuge. Courtesy and professionalism at the highest levels, impeccable service with driver. really recommended compliments to MAURO AND HIS STAFF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi con la mia famiglia composta da noi genitori, una ragazza di 13 anni e un bimbo di 10 anni, veniamo in questo negozio a noleggiare per la prima volta 4 ebike per 4 ore. Ci facciamo consigliare un percorso semplice, le cascate Nardis. All'andata tutto ok ma al ritorno, dopo solo 1 ora d'uso, la ebike del bimbo ha il motore che non si accende più. Fortunatamente il ritorno è tutta discesa. Andiamo al negozio che non capisce come mai si sia bloccato dopo un uso così limitato. Ci da un altra ebike x il bimbo. Andiamo al parco di Pinzolo e alla prima salita di nuovo nell'ebike del bimbo non si accende la pedalata assistita. Avvilita torniamo al negozio che ancora una volta prova la bici, si scusa e non capisce perché non va. Noi evidenziamo che a questo punto non vogliamo rischiare una terza volta e che non abbiamo potuto sfruttare le 4 ore acquistate. Si scusano e finita lì. Mi sarei aspettata la proposta di un rimborso, anche minimo o figurativo, visti gli inconvenienti e il pomeriggio rovinato non certo per colpa nostra. Non mi è parso corretto e onesto questo comportamento ma forse mi aspettavo troppo io.
Today with my family consisting of us parents, a 13 year old girl and a 10 year old boy, we come to this shop to rent 4 e-bikes for the first time for 4 hours. We will recommend a simple route, the Nardis waterfalls. Everything was okay on the way out, but on the way back, after only 1 hour of use, the child's ebike has the engine that no longer starts. Fortunately, the return is all downhill. We go to the store that doesn't understand why it crashed after such limited use. He gives us another ebike for the child. We go to the Pinzolo park and on the first climb back into the child's ebike the pedal assistance does not turn on. Dejected we go back to the shop that once again tries the bike, apologizes and does not understand why it is not working. We point out that at this point we do not want to risk a third time and that we have not been able to take advantage of the 4 hours purchased. They apologize and that's it. I would have expected the proposal of a refund, even if minimal or figurative, given the inconveniences and the ruined afternoon, certainly not through our fault. This behavior did not seem fair and honest to me, but perhaps I was expecting too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena arrivati a Pinzolo, siamo stati attirati dalle tantissime attività proposte da BT Service. Abbiamo fatto l'escursione in notturna con Matteo, guida simpaticissima e preparata che ci ha accompagnati in piena sicurezza e con la giusta attrezzatura tra le montagne sopra Madonna di Campiglio, ad ammirare un suggestivo paesaggio notturno e a contare le stelle cadenti tra aneddoti e spiegazioni interessanti della vita di montagna! Grazie Matteo!
Abbiamo inoltre noleggiato due fantastiche e-bike per goderci la ciclabile della Val Rendena: ottimo il servizio di noleggio, bici perfette e performanti (in alta stagione meglio prenotare le bici con qualche giorno d'anticipo).
Insomma, assolutamente soddisfatti! Consigliato!
As soon as we arrived in Pinzolo, we were attracted by the many activities proposed by BT Service. We did the night excursion with Matteo, a very nice and prepared guide who accompanied us in complete safety and with the right equipment in the mountains above Madonna di Campiglio, to admire a suggestive night landscape and to count the shooting stars between anecdotes and interesting explanations of mountain life! Thanks Matteo!
We also rented two fantastic e-bikes to enjoy the Val Rendena cycle path: excellent rental service, perfect and performing bikes (in high season it is better to book the bikes a few days in advance).
In short, absolutely satisfied! Recommended!

Nonostante gli orari molto scomodi di arrivo e partenza il nostro conducente, il Sign Tiziano, che desidero ringraziare anche qui, è stato molto puntuale e gentile. Inoltre ci ha fatto fare un bel giro panoramico, spiegandoci nel dettaglio tutte le meraviglie che vedevamo dal finestrino, Lago di Toblino, Lago di Garda, pista d'allenamento più bassa d'Italia a Tione ecc...Che dire, spero di ritornare e usufruire ancora della compagnia e della guida del sing. Tiziano.
We contacted BtService for the transport from Verona Airport - Pinzolo and back. We managed everything together with Silvia (very helpful) via email. Despite the very uncomfortable arrival and departure times, our driver, Mr Titian, whom I would like to thank here too, was very punctual and kind. He also gave us a nice panoramic tour, explaining in detail all the wonders we saw from the window, Lake Toblino, Lake Garda, Italy's lowest training track in Tione etc ... What can I say, I hope to return and still enjoy the company and guidance of the sing. Titian.
