★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al di là del fatto che molti dei vostri autisti guidano senza alcun rispetto per il codice della strada (tagliano la strada, bruciano i semafori o gli stop, viaggiano a velocità assurde) c'è un vostro autista che effettua le consegne a Carmagnola e che viaggia tenendo l'autoradio a un volume così alto che risulta insopportabile pure quando teniamo le finestre chiuse.
Quando si ferma a fare la consegna, lascia il furgone in centro strada con la radio accesa e le portiere spalancate, come se volesse volontariamente dare fastidio a tutto l'isolato. Una volta una mia amica ha osato farglielo notare e lui ha risposto con aria strafottente "io faccio quello che voglio".
E' questa la gente che lavora per voi? Mi auguro che venga al più presto allontanato.

Ho ritirato un pacco senza alcun problema, sessa esperienza fatta presso un'altro corriere la settimana precedente catastrofica dall'inizio alla fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiamano per comunicarmi che mi faranno una consegna nel pomeriggio, mi danno un orario limite della consegna ore 17, mi dicono che in base al tipo di consegna e prodotto devo essere assolutamente essere presente, allora smetto di lavorare ( sono un libero professionista quindi nessuno mi paga se rimango a casa), alla fine la consegna non avviene perché l'autista non c'è la fatta e nessuno mi ha avvertito, ho dovuto chiamare io per capire che la consegna non c'era più, oltretutto mi dicono che la prossima consegna sarà lunedì essendo oggi venerdì e sabato non effettuano consegne. Ovviamente per la consegna di lunedì non riescono a darmi un orario della consegna...cosa faccio sto a casa un giorno intero ad aspettare a casa con una giornata lavorativa persa ( soldi)
