Carinamente chiamo per avvisarli, mi dicono che devo mandare io la mail a non so chi per chiedere il mio pacco.... incompetente l'autista e il servizio clienti! Poi, la fortuna è tanta: appena mi assento arriva il corriere e trovo il messaggio per la data della nuova consegna. La storia si ripete come un dejavu. Chiamate inutili e prive di risposte concrete. Il peggior servizio di spedizioni coadiuvato da assistenza clienti di Foggia che non rispondono, e se lo fanno chiudono senza motivo o rispondono male. Provato ad intercettare il corriere chiedendo spiegazioni, richiesto ritiro in giacenza, annullato senza motivo in giornata e rimandato a lunedì(ben tre giorni d'attesa). Se avete problemi inviate i reclami a Bologna in modo da segnalare quanto più possibile questa situazione indegna. Bad in all respects. Si rifiutano di consegnare al domicilio ed anche al portone (anche se specificamente richiesto nell’ordine per via di impossibilità fisiche) il massimo è il cancello comune in mezzo alla strada. Non conoscono le regole del proprio lavoro, maltrattano i pacchi e li aprono per verificarne il contenuto. Minacciano di rispedirli al mittente se non si fa come dicono loro. Ma dove assumete il vostro personale, alla casa circondariale??! Questo sarebbe un servizio a pagamento? È l’unica impresa di spedizioni che crea problemi da 10 anni a questa parte . Nonostante negli uffici siano presenti 6-7 impiegati nessuno risponde al telefono, a detta loro non sono tenuti. Ai loro errori e inefficienze non solo non cercano di riparare ma addossano la responsabilità ai mittenti incolpevoli o a leggi inesistenti, dimostrare che hanno torto non serve a nulla se non ad ascoltare scuse assurde senza fondamento. Hanno regole e comportamenti esclusivi diversi da tutti gli altri corrieri. Bad service, loosely handled.
