★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tre giorni che provo a chiamare per informazioni ..... ma non risponde nessuno solo la solita voce registrata e anche male ...... chiamo in orario di chiusura e al primo squillo mi rispondono?????? ma sono della filiale di catanzaro?????...... Perché in orario di chiusura dirottano le chiamate su quella sede????? ..... in due secondi risolvo il mio problema.....?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto bene tranne la dicitura "la consegna avverrà indicativamente tra le 8 e le 18". Si tratta di una contraddizione linguistica. O si dice "la consegna avverrà tra le 8 e le 18" oppure ai dice "la consegna avverrà indicativamente alle ore XX" dove la parola "indicativamente" esplica l'approssimazione dell'orario di consegna. Non si può dire "i dicativamente" e poi si dà una finestra di orario di 10 ore.
All good except the words "delivery will take place between 8 and 18". It is a linguistic contradiction. Or it is said "the delivery will take place between 8 and 18" or to say "the delivery will take place approximately at XX" where the word "indicatively" shows the approximation of the delivery time. You can not say "i dicatively" and then you give a window of 10 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti chiamano dicendo che hanno il pacco e subito dopo ti dicono che il pacco non è nel camion.....giornata di lavoro persa e in più sono dovuto arrivare io da rossano a castrovillari per prendere il mio pacco e non perdere un ulteriore giornata di lavoro.....serietà pari a 0.
They call you saying they have the package and immediately after they tell you that the package is not in the truck ... of work ..... seriousness equal to 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda poco seria e per niente gentili dopo avere avuto una conversazione con un operatore e il pacco che dovevo ricevere il 15 aprile di venerdì oggi 19 aprile martedì mi dicono che non lo trovano e ch'è andato perso. E comunicherò alla ditta che lo ha spedito di quanto poco seria sia la vostra compagnia di corriere.
Company not very serious and not at all kind after having had a conversation with an operator and the package that I had to receive on April 15th of Friday today April 19th Tuesday they tell me that they cannot find it and that it has been lost. And I'll let the company that sent it know how not serious your courier company is.

Sono qui oggi a segnalare un increscioso episodio :
In data odierna alle ore 11:00 racatomi presso la sede di Castrovillari zona industriale provincia di Cosenza per il ritiro del pacco come descritto in data 02/03/2022 sul sito aziendale con merce in giacenza,al citofono ritiro merci l'addetto in questione ribadiva di tornare il Giorno successivo o riconsegnare il pacco ,avendo fatto già svariati km.per il ritiro l:operatore ha cambiato anche la schermata ritiri dove vi era la dicitura 03/03/2022 del ritiro in "merce in attesa di decisione"pertanto ha falsato la data di ritiro credendosi furbo...
Ma dalla consegna rifiutata dal corriere si può risalire ai giorni con la tracciabilità del pacco.
Sono deluso da come è gestita la sede di Castrovillari e purtroppo segnalerò l'accaduto a tutti social e trasmissioni tv quali "striscia la notizia "e le iene' al fine di capire che bisogna mettere nei posti di lavoro gente seria e non chiacchieroni

I am here today to report an unfortunate episode:
Today at 11:00 am at the headquarters of Castrovillari industrial area in the province of Cosenza for the collection of the package as described on 02/03/2022 on the company site with goods in stock, the employee in question at the intercom collection of goods reiterated to return the next day or return the package, having already traveled several km for collection the operator has also changed the collection screen where there was the wording 03/03/2022 of the withdrawal to "goods awaiting decision" therefore has falsified the withdrawal date, thinking he is smart ...
But from the delivery refused by the courier, it is possible to trace the days with the traceability of the package.
I am disappointed with how the Castrovillari office is managed and unfortunately I will report the incident to all social networks and TV broadcasts such as "strip the news" and the hyenas' in order to understand that we need to put serious people in the workplace and not chatty.
