 From complaint! My package inexplicably detained in the Sondrio office for 20 days. Lying information on traceability. Bad courier. Sellers do not entrust shipments to this courier, for God's sake .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando Google comprenderà che ci sono soggetti ai quali è giusto mettere ZERO stelle, BRT Sondrio meriterà la mia da subito.
Rinvia la spedizione da 5 giorni.
indicano orari che cambiano (anticipandoli ad fasce già passate) 2/3 volte al giorno.
Non rispondono mai al telefono.
Peccato per le aziende che si appoggiano loro per e-commerce perchè fanno vivere un'esperienza talmente pessima che non ripeterai mai acquisti con il venditore che (forse) non ha colpe.
When Google understands that there are subjects to whom it is right to put ZERO stars, BRT Sondrio will deserve mine immediately.
Postpone the shipment for 5 days.
they indicate times that change (anticipating them to already past bands) 2/3 times a day.
They never answer the phone.
Too bad for the companies that rely on them for e-commerce because they have such a bad experience that you will never repeat purchases with the seller who (perhaps) has no faults.

Ogni volta si trattengono i pacchi con scuse assurde, solo perchè il corriere non ha voglia di scendere dal furgone a leggere il numero civico o non vuole fare una telefonata.
Ti inviano notifiche sulla spedizione, passi intere giornate a casa ad aspettarli e il pacco non arriva mai.
Le aziende che spediscono sono serie e puntuali e poi fanno affidamento a questi incomepetenti.
Lasciate perdere...
Bad!
Every time the packages are held back with absurd excuses, just because the courier does not want to get out of the van to read the house number or does not want to make a phone call.
They send you notifications about the shipment, you spend whole days at home waiting for them and the package never arrives.
The companies that ship are serious and punctual and then rely on these competent income.
Forget it ...
