M	Michele Cecere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo dieci giorni (di una spedizione 48h) ho telefonato per sapere dove si trovava il pacco. Pacco al deposito, mi dicono. Vado a prenderlo, e mi dicono "Il pacco è stato distrutto". Pacco perduto, con contenuto di elevato valore economico, e il tutto senza degnarsi di farmi una telefonata o una mail. Niente di niente. Ritenevo Bartolini il migliore corriere d'Italia. Forse è in Molise che siamo condannati ad avere nulla che funzioni. Mai più! After ten days (of a 48h shipment) I phoned to find out where the package was. Parcel to the depot, they tell me. I go to get it, and they tell me "The package has been destroyed". Lost parcel, with content of high economic value, and all without deigning to give me a phone call or an email. Nothing at all. I considered Bartolini the best courier in Italy. Perhaps it is in Molise that we are condemned to have nothing that works. Never again!

Quando nelle informazioni c’è scritto “lavanderia azzurra” dove di solito lascio lì l’indirizzo perché non sono quasi mai a casa mia, e la lavanderia è all’entrata del paese, appena a 10-20 metri dalla villa comunale. Guidano le talpe o non guidano proprio i corrieri Bartolini? The package has not arrived for two days, and on Amazon's tracking it says that on April 27 it was impossible to deliver it for little information. When in the information it says "blue laundry" where I usually leave the address there because I'm almost never at my house, and the laundry is at the entrance of the town, just 10-20 meters from the town hall. Do the moles drive or don't Bartolini couriers drive at all?

m	maria petosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autisti bugiardi. Dicono di esser passati e addirittura di aver chiamato il che non è vero. Stavo a casa e sul cellulare non c'è nessuna chiamata. Eppure la casa la conoscono bene!!! Liar drivers. They say they passed and even called which is not true. I was at home and there is no call on the mobile. Yet they know the house well !!!
M	Mario Carfagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhe, credo che effettuare una telefonata come richiesto prima della consegna non sia impossibile per ben due volte, d'altronde per motivi di lavoro ho dovuto abbandonare la mia casa, e ho lasciato un biglietto sul cancello aperto, bastava spingerlo e lasciare il pacco... E poi scrivono ten attivo di consegna andato MALE... ???? Well, I believe that making a phone call as requested before delivery is not impossible twice, on the other hand for work reasons I had to leave my home, and I left a note on the open gate, just push it and leave the package. .. And then they write delivery active ten gone BAD ... ????
e	elena de mare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impossibile avere un contatto telefonico; pur essendoci il nr di cellulare sul pacco nessuno ha tentato di chiamare .ci sarà un motivo se viene messo o non lo sanno?? ..potevo essere a due passi dall'operatore...ora doversi fare 120 km A/R per andare a Cb per ritirare è assurdo e inqualificabile.....in giornate poi di frenesia ovunque.... impossible to have a telephone contact; even though there is the mobile phone number on the package no one has tried to call. there will be a reason if it is put or they do not know? .. I could have been a stone's throw from the operator ... now having to travel 120 km A / R to go to Cb to collect is absurd and unspeakable ..... then in days of frenzy everywhere ....
