★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il problema è l'azienda che è organizzata in maniera pessima. PER IL PROSSIMO ACQUISTO ONLINE CHIEDERÒ SE USANO BARTOLINI. IN CASO AFFERMATIVO NON ACQUISTERÒ FACENDO LORO SAPERE PERCHÈ.
Questa non è la prima esperienza negativa.Mi dispiace l autista e sempre molto gentile.Amazon mi hanno confermato che arrivera il 8. di Novembre, Bartolini ha scrito che sono venuto il 10. e nessuno era a casa??? Fino oggi neanche e venuto nessuno, e ho chiamato 2 volte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si accettano scuse: il periodo natalizio è già passato da un pezzo. Il vostro servizio è calato di livello solo al pari di SDA (incredibile, ma vero... siete riusciti a raggiungerli).
Ecco il rapporto:
- Consegne saltate e dal tracking risultano CONSEGNATE... pazzesco ed era un contrassegno!!!
e ancora:
- Consegna programmata per la giornata e senza nessuna motivazione saltata e rinviata al giorno dopo.
ed eccoci a quella odierna
- Consegna programmata per oggi.... massimo alle 13:30.... sono le 17:22 ... secondo voi arriverà mai?
Allego screenshot perchè non si venga a dire che le recensioni siano fasulle.
Vergogna BRT - Fra poco raggiungerete anche SDA e Poste Italiane. Vergogna!!!

No excuses are accepted: the Christmas period is already long past. Your service has dropped in level only like SDA (incredible, but true ... you managed to reach them).

- Deliveries skipped and from the tracking they are DELIVERED ... crazy and it was a mark !!!
it's still:
- Delivery scheduled for the day and without any reason skipped and postponed to the next day.
and here we are today
- Delivery scheduled for today .... maximum at 13:30 .... it's 17:22 ... do you think it will ever arrive?

Shame BRT - Soon you will also reach SDA and Poste Italiane. Shame!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il corriere manda una mail a alle 19 del 24 gennaio dicendo che passa la mattina del giorno 24!!! Assurdo.
Tra l'altro avevo espressamente indicato che dovevano passare dopo le 14. Dicono che hanno lasciato avviso. Non c'era nessun avviso!!!
The courier sends an email to at 7 pm on January 24th saying that it is the morning of the 24th !!! Absurd.

Non c’è un pacco che ricevuto via Bartolini Siena che non abbia ricevuto da 3 a 10 giorni di ritardo.
La cura dei pacchi è scarsa, ricevuto vari pacchetti danneggiati.
Inoltre non rispondono, non si possono contattare in nessun modo.
Scegliete chiunque altro.
Bad.
There is no package received via Bartolini Siena that has not received 3 to 10 days late.
Parcel care is poor, received several damaged packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I corrieri non consegnano i pacchi dicendo che non trovano l'indirizzo, nonostante ci sia un numero da chiamare, non chiamano mai per avvisare che arrivano, o chiedere informazioni sulle vie... Ho dovuto fare due viaggi in sede, lobtana da casa mia circa 50 km.... Veramente servizio pessimo
Couriers do not deliver parcels saying that they cannot find the address, although there is a number to call, they never call to inform them that they are arriving, or ask for information on the routes ... I had to make two trips to the office, lobtana from my home about 50 km .... Really bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza per la consegna di un pacco da parte di Amazon. Appuntamenti per la consegna saltati e rimandati senza un minimo di attenzione al cliente. Solo l'intervento di Amazon risolve rapidamente il problema che sembrava irrisolvibile. Addirittura dalla filiale di Badesse mi viene chiuso il telefono in faccia.
Very bad experience for Amazon delivery of a package. Delivery appointments skipped and postponed without a minimum of attention to the customer. Only Amazon's intervention quickly solves the problem that seemed unsolvable. Even at the Badesse branch the phone is closed in my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does the number listed even work? I got a message saying that they couldn’t find my address yesterday and to contact them. The website doesn’t allow me to do anything and their telephone number is busy or I think it just doesn’t work......? I was home all day yesterday and no other delivery service has had an issue delivering anything. Ridiculous
