★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo servizio impossibile telefona al'assistenza, il centro vendite risponde perché a voglia di scaricarti velocemente per i prodotti la scarsità si vede non e come quello che fanno vedere un toner di una stampante fa 120 foglio e uno schifo oppure non macchina 1 anno tornerò a la vecchia HP che sempre meglio
bad service impossible call assistance, the sales center responds because if you want to download you quickly for the products the scarcity is not like what they show a toner of a printer makes 120 sheets and sucks or no machine 1 year I'll go back to the old HP that getting better and better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero sempre trovato benissimo con le loro stampanti, ma da quando hanno inserito il sistema di verifica via chip mi sono trovato a spendere molti più soldi e soprattutto ad avere molte pià difficoltà inattese. La gestione attraverso chip implementata nelle nuove stampanti è quanto di peggiore un produttore di stampanti possa offrire ai possessori dei suoi prodotti. Non è possibile cambiare cartucce tra diverse stampanti di propria proprietà!!! Assistenza clienti pessima. Non so se mi rivolgerò ancora a loro per le mie prossime stampanti.
I had always had a great time with their printers, but since they inserted the verification system via chip I have found myself spending a lot more money and above all having many more unexpected difficulties. Chip management implemented in new printers is the worst a printer manufacturer can offer to owners of its products. It is not possible to change cartridges between different proprietary printers !!! Bad customer support. I don't know if I will turn to them again for my next printers.
