Ritardo di 20 minuti.
Nella descrizione i panini hanno le patatine fritte incluse ma non sono arrivate
Ho telefonato per chiedere spiegazioni:
"con consegna a domicilio non sono previste".
Peccato che da nessuna parte sia scritto.
Peccato che in nessun modo abbiano cercato di rimediare.
3 panini, 1 burritos, 1cheese and fries 45€
Non siamo in alcun modo soddisfatti, non ordineremo mai più.
Non è possibile mettere zero stelle... peccato.

I phoned to ask for an explanation:

Too bad it is nowhere written.
Too bad that in no way they tried to fix it.

We are not satisfied in any way, we will never order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se sei a Carmagnola vai a cenare al Brooklyn Brasserie, puoi gustare piatti deliziosi del menù messicano, più o meno piccanti. L'accoglienza è calorosa, ti senti sempre a tuo agio, i ragazzi in sala sono simpatici e competenti.
È il locale ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una piacevole serata! Consigliatissimo
If you are in Carmagnola go to dinner at Brooklyn Brasserie, you can enjoy delicious dishes from the Mexican menu, more or less spicy. The welcome is warm, you always feel at ease, the guys in the room are nice and competent.
It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a pleasant evening! Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se all'apertura (giugno 2021) era uno spettacolo, ad oggi che ci sono ritornata è stato davvero deludente.
I piatti erano meno "pieni", il servizio lentissimo (anche con il locale non pieno) e i prezzi erano più alti.
Mi spiace ma metto solo due stelle solo grazie alla prima volta che sono venuta a mangiare da voi.
If at the opening (June 2021) it was a show, to date that I went back it was really disappointing.
The dishes were less "full", the service very slow (even with the place not full) and the prices were higher.
I'm sorry but I only put two stars thanks to the first time I came to eat with you.

Excellent welcome, very nice and helpful and with an eye for every customer! Very varied and good Mexican style cuisine. Cocktails are also special! Definitely a great place to return to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è davvero bello, i piatti sono tutti buonissimi e le quantità sono enormi, il personale è molto disponibile e gentile, i burritos sono molto buoni e sazianti, gli antipasti sono buonissimi, anche la birra è buona, il personale ha offerto un giro di tequila a fine pasto, consiglio di venire a provare la cucina e per festeggiare qualsiasi festa ,io ho festeggiato il mio compleanno qui e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo, ringrazio ancora tutto il personale per la splendida serata, tornerò sicuramente.
The place is really nice, the dishes are all very good and the quantities are huge, the staff are very helpful and kind, the burritos are very good and filling, the appetizers are very good, the beer is also good, the staff offered a tour of tequila at the end of the meal, I recommend to come and try the cuisine and to celebrate any party, I celebrated my birthday here and I had a really great time, I thank all the staff again for the wonderful evening, I will definitely be back.
