Mi risponde un signore che dopo avermi chiesto caratteristiche e informazioni sulla pietra,afferma di esser interessato e di raggiungere pure il negozio.
Notare : Pietra certificata in blister,non un diamante sfuso o montato o senza certificati.
Dopo 40 Km di auto,dopo una sosta pagata 5 euro e pedaggi vari entro nel negozio; ad accogliermi una signorina che,quasi senza neanche salutare,le passo il diamante.
Dopo i consueti test,dopo una visione anche del collega mi dice con affare sbrigativo “ Non siamo interessati” senza una spiegazione plausibile.
Notare che sul sito è indicato il ritiro di QUALSIASI diamante con addirittura sconti.
Data la mia educazione e dato che non ho un bisogno vero di monetizzare essendo un regalo,ritorno a casa.
Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista....sicuramente mai più
Being outside Milan, I call to find out if they collect certified diamonds.
I am answered by a man who, after asking me for characteristics and information on the stone, claims to be interested and to even reach the shop.
Note: Certified stone in blister pack, not a loose or mounted diamond or without certificates.
After 40 km by car, after a paid stop of 5 euros and various tolls, I enter the shop; to welcome me a young lady who, almost without even saying goodbye, I pass her the diamond.
After the usual tests, after a vision the colleague also tells me with a hasty affair "We are not interested" without a plausible explanation.
Note that the site indicates the withdrawal of ANY diamond with even discounts.
Given my upbringing and not having a real need to monetize being a gift, I return home.
Bad experience from every point of view .... definitely never again
