It is not easy to specifically describe any bridge in beautiful Venice between countless beautiful and specific bridges. However, this triple bridge, which spans several canals, attracts attention as soon as it enters the core of Venice. When I took the picture here, there was a beautiful view of several other bridges at the fork of the canal as well as the surrounding buildings, which together make a nice memory of visiting this special city.

For the first time my wife and I saw this bridge in Venice in 2000, when we traveled for the first time in Italy.
This bridge is the closest to Piazzale Roma. Therefore, we ended up near him. The Triple Bridge is an impressive old structure. Such structures are typical only for Venice.

One of the most particular bridges in Venice, a real nodal point especially for locals and students, who cross it to reach, from Piazzale Roma, one of the many venues of the Venetian universities. Its position, and the particularity of the building, makes it one of the most photographed places in the city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ponte dei Tre Archi (Italian for "Three Arches' Bridge") is one of the main bridges of Venice, Italy, along with the Ponte delle Guglie the other bridge spanning the Cannaregio Canal, and the four bridges spanning the Canal Grande: Rialto, Scalzi, Accademia, and the Costituzione. It is located in Cannaregio district (sestiere), just South of Rio San Giobbe,[1] linking the fondamenta San Giobbe, [1] and the South-West area of Cannaregio, to the fondamenta di Sacca San Girolamo and the North-East of Cannaregio. As all other Venetian bridges, the Ponte dei Tre Archi is a pedestrian walkway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This complex of small, arched bridges spanning canals serves as a quaint pedestrian thoroughfare. It is located right next to Piazzale Roma and channel Rio de S. Andrea and Rio Novo. The Bridge of the Three Bridges ( Ponte dei tre ponti ) connects the districts ( Sestiere ) of Dorsoduro and Santa Croce and is the obligatory point of passage for those who intend to go by foot from Piazzale Roma until Campo Santa Margherita ( easy walk of 6-7 minutes) or in the direction of Academy ( Accademia ) or San Mark's square ( Piazza San Marco ). In fact, this complex of bridges has 5 bridges across three channels, the Burchielle Rio, Rio de S. Andrea, and that of Rio Novo. Originally the arches were only three, but five were built for the purpose of bridging a side canal after the excavation of the Rio Novo took place in 1932-33. The bridges are very busy, thousands of people cross the bridge every day, including tourists coming and going from the center to the car terminal, students attending various universities in Venice and many people working within the island of Venice. Nearby there are several excellent trattorias, bars, hotels, restaurants with tables set up along the Rio Novo.
