è un casch & carry non particolarmente fornito. la maggior parte dei prodotti sono disponibili solo dal magazzino di Bergamo, e forse li puoi avere in un giorno, più spesso in un periodo di tempo da stimare (alla avvenuta consegna, quindi difficile fare programmazioni e dare ai clienti certezze)
Il personale non è preparato, hanno degli scaffali da gestire, e tutto quello che sanno fare è prender e un prodotto e appoggiarlo in cassa. Essendo un casch & carry siamo tutti capaci di farlo, salvo che avendo gli scaffali mezzi vuoti bisogna conoscere cosa c'è di disponibile e cosa invece è da altre parti. La faccenda si fa complicata.
in caso di problemi (con la descrizione e operatività di prodotti) si entra in un balletto assurdo: la descrizione l'ha messa bergamo prendetevela con loro (ma io mica vado in un negozio per litigare...) Bergamo da la colpa al negozio Si devono arrangiare, insomma si entra in una bega condominiale che poco ha di professionale.
E nel caso di prodotti non conformi non rispondono, una volta pagato non sentono ragioni. chiaramente se scelgo male è colpa mia, ma se ordino un prodotto e me ne consegni un'altro... la cosa è ben diversa.
fatto accaduto proprio ieri. acquistato PC la cui descrizione non corrispondeva al codice prodotto del produttore. Mi confermano che vale il codice del produttore e che la loro descrizione non è vincolante. E difatti mi è arrivato un pc completamente diverso. Fatto accettare al cliente la modifica... per fortuna ho provato il pc.. . che non si è mai acceso. ho dovuto litigare come poche volte per farmelo sostituire in garanzia.
Detto in poche parole. quanti problemi volete avere con l'informatica ? in breve da Brevi ne avrete TANTI !

I see that my review is against the trend ... but for a reason.
it is a helmet and carry not particularly supplied. most of the products are available only from the Bergamo warehouse, and perhaps you can have them in a day, more often in a period of time to estimate (after delivery, therefore difficult to make schedules and give customers certainties)
The staff is not prepared, they have shelves to manage, and all they know how to do is take a product and put it in the cash register. Being a casch & carry we are all capable of doing it, except that having the shelves half empty you need to know what is available and what is elsewhere. The matter gets complicated.

And in the case of non-compliant products they do not respond, once paid they do not hear reasons. clearly if I choose badly it's my fault, but if I order one product and give me another ... it is very different.
happened yesterday. purchased PC whose description did not match the manufacturer's product code. They confirm that the manufacturer's code is valid and that their description is not binding. And in fact I got a completely different pc. Made the customer accept the change ... luckily I tried the pc ... that never came on. I had to fight as few times to have it replaced under warranty.
Simply put. how many problems do you want to have with computer science? in short you will have LOTS of Brevi!
