★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ARNAQUE ! Les propriétaires ne sont jamais venus nous ouvrir et n'ont jamais répondu à nos appels téléphoniques. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés dans la rue ! En revanche notre carte de crédit a bien été débitée… La seulE étoile est donc de trop.
 SCAM! The owners never came to let us in and never answered our phone calls. So we ended up in the street! On the other hand, our credit card has been debited… The only star is therefore too many.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for finding spiderweb next to the bed on the wall & spotting stains in the bidet, which was quite a disgusting scene. The hotel has no flexibility when it comes to check in and check out times. If you arrive late you cannot check in (considering the premium they charge) they could at least show some more respect to a client who is willing to give them their business and paying for a service. I travel a lot and I swear I was never distressed for a trivial check in as much I experienced with this hotel, just because of lack of respect for clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont show up for guests. We stayed with 3 people while they tried to contact Brere Suite to get themselves checked in. We stayed nearby and felt terrible for them. Their flight was delayed by one hour, they contacted Brera Suite to let them know, but they dont do check in's after 6:30pm, which meant that these 3 people had to ho and find a hostel for the night. We told our host about it the next day and he told us a similar story where they would not check in some other people and those people slept on a park bench for the night. I would never stay anywhere where the host has so little compassion that they think it is Ok to leave paying guests out in the street. What sort of impression of Italy, and Milan, are you giving to people, seriously, get out of this business if you dont care for people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything other then the location was terrible. The staff were late to the original time we agreed to meet for check in.
The bathroom was terrible. The shower was broken and there was a light hanging off the wall, also they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper.
When we booked the property the advertising said daily maid service and when we asked on the third day he said "We don't do that anymore."
After 3 days someone came and fixed some of the things wrong in the bathroom. In the process of drilling into the wall they left dust everywhere and did not even bother to move our toiletry bags which were covered. To annoy us further they decided to use one of the towels they provided us to clean up part of the mess. We asked Thomas for a replacement towel but he would not get back to me so we had to share 1 towel for the next 2 days.
This place is terribly run and Thomas needs a course on customer service because he was terrible.
I feel bad even giving this place a 0 but they deserve no rating.
Do yourself a favour and avoid!
