L	Luca Spagnol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver subito un furto nella mia auto ed essere rimasto a piedi, il call center della mia assicurazione ha contattato questa azienda ed Il signore che mi ha chiamato alle 11:45 al telefono è stato inizialmente gentile, dicendomi che mi avrebbe chiamato nel pomeriggio. Alle 14:45 non avendo ancora notizie, ho richiamato il call center che lo ha ricontattato. Questo signore ha affermato di avermi detto che mi chiamava alle 14:30, cosa non vera (se avessi avuto un orario non stressavo nessuno) e si è risentito per essere stato chiamato nuovamente. Ho trovato il numero diretto su internet e l’ho chiamato direttamente e la risposta molto seccata è stata “adesso avviso io il soccorso”. Dopo 15 minuti il call center mi ha chiamato dicendomi che non sarebbe più intervenuto. A questo punto hanno dovuto riorganizzare il ritiro con un’altra azienda (ed ho perso altro tempo). Proprio un bel modo di lavorare. After being stolen in my car and standing on foot, my insurance call center contacted this company and the gentleman who called me at 11:45 on the phone was initially nice, telling me he would call me in the afternoon. At 2.45 pm having no news yet, I called the call center that contacted him. This gentleman claimed to have told me that he called me at 2.30 pm, which is not true (if I had a schedule I wouldn't stress anyone) and he resented being called again. I found the direct number on the internet and called it directly and the very annoyed answer was "now I will notify the rescue". After 15 minutes, the call center called me and said it would not intervene again. At this point they had to reorganize the retreat with another company (and I lost more time). Just a nice way to work.

Per portare la macchina dal mio meccanico mi hanno chiesto dei soldi (di mia tasca)perché l'officina più vicino di casa madre era (secondo loro) a 11km ed il mio meccanico 27km. Ho pagato,e ho chiesto dove fosse l'officina più vicino dal punto di recupero in cui loro me la potevano portare. Quando ho tracciato la strada con Google Maps risultava che la differenza tra l'officina e il mio meccanico era di soli 5 km e non 16 km per i quali ho pagato. È giusto pagare la differenza ma non è giusto mentire. My insurer sent them to get my car back. They were fast enough in recovery. To bring the car to my mechanic they asked me for money (out of my pocket) because the closest workshop to the parent company was (according to them) at 11km and my mechanic was 27km. I paid, and asked where the nearest workshop was from the recovery point where they could take me. When I traced the road with Google Maps it appeared that the difference between the workshop and my mechanic was only 5 km and not 16 km for which I paid. It is fair to pay the difference, but it is not fair to lie.
S	Stefano Messina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ semplicemente imbarazzante, dopo 50 minuti di attesa arriva sto tizio col suo suv al posto del carro attrezzi, mi dice che recuperare la mia auto dal pantano non è lavoro per loro e se ne va lasciandomi sotto la pioggia. Per fortuna poco dopo passava di li un carro attrezzi che in 10 minuti tirava fuori la mia auto dal pantano. Le assistenze col suv di lusso non le ho mai viste. simply embarrassing, after 50 minutes of waiting this guy arrives with his suv instead of the tow truck, he tells me that recovering my car from the quagmire is not work for them and he leaves leaving me in the rain. Fortunately, shortly after a tow truck passed by that in 10 minutes pulled my car out of the quagmire. I have never seen assistance with a luxury SUV.
V	Vera Paloschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale mancanza di professionalità, dopo avermi assicurato lo svolgimento di un servizio nell'arco di una giornata hanno trattenuto l'auto tutto il giorno senza far niente e mi hanno poi detto che per quel servizio servivano in realtà due giorni (cosa che presso qualsiasi altra officina viene effettivamente fatta in una giornata..). Inoltre nessuno indossava la mascherina!! Sconsiglio totalmente di rivolgersi a loro per l'officina! Total lack of professionalism, after having assured me the performance of a service within a day, they held the car all day without doing anything and then told me that for that service actually needed two days (which at any other workshop is actually done in one day ..). Also no one wore a mask !! I totally advise against contacting them for the workshop!
A	Andrea Pollastri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto un loro servizio che purtroppo si è complicato, l'impressione avuta è stata quella che di fronte a un problema la scelta di questa azienda sia stata quella di portare a casa qualche soldo in più piuttosto che risolvere un piccolo problema causando un disagio molto grande. Spero fortemente che se dovesse ricapitare di aver bisogno dei loro servizi saranno molto professionali ed attenti a smentire l'impressione descritta prima. We had their service which unfortunately became complicated, the impression we had was that in front of a problem the choice of this company was to bring home some more money rather than solve a small problem causing a lot of inconvenience. great. I strongly hope that if you ever need their services again they will be very professional and careful to deny the impression described above.

Mi arriva il messaggio che in 45 min sarebbe arrivata l'officina mobile. In meno di 20 min è arrivato il signore con il carro attrezzi e officina mobile. Ha attaccato il booster e la macchina è partita. Il signore gentilissimo, simpatico e alla mano! Called my insurance at 10pm as the car no longer started, battery completely flat. I get the message that the mobile workshop would arrive in 45 minutes. In less than 20 minutes the gentleman arrived with the tow truck and mobile workshop. He hooked up the booster and the car started. The very kind, nice and easy-going gentleman!
