★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza prima ancora di avere un’esperienza. Telefono per prendere appuntamento, ma il signore, si fa per dire, che risponde non sente bene e interrompe la comunicazione. Cambio telefono e richiamo, appena risponde gli chiedo 'così mi sente meglio?' e lui, senza neanche farmi parlare, mi scambia per un operatore del call centre, in malo modo mi dice di non fargli perdere tempo e mi attacca nuovamente il telefono sulla faccia. Lo richiamo per la terza volta, irritata, gli dico che sono una cliente e che dovrebbe cercare di capire chi si trova dall'altra parte della comunicazione prima di rimbalzarlo con insulti gratuiti annessi…e lui? Mi carica ancora come una sveglia dicendo che lo avevano già chiamato 10 volte gli operatori dei vari call centre e che non dovevo rompergli le scatole neppure io. E butta giù per la terza volta. Che dire…richiamo??? Cafonaggine gratuita, all’insegna dell’ottima customer experience.
Bad experience even before having an experience. Telephone to make an appointment, but the gentleman, so to speak, who answers does not hear well and interrupts the communication. I change the phone and call back, as soon as he answers I ask him 'so do you feel better?' and he, without even letting me speak, mistakes me for a call center operator, in a bad way he tells me not to waste time and hangs the phone on my face again. I call him for the third time, irritated, I tell him that I am a customer and that he should try to understand who is on the other side of the communication before bouncing him with free insults attached ... and him? He still loads me like an alarm clock saying that the operators of the various call centers had already called him 10 times and that I didn't have to break the boxes either. And jot it down for the third time. What about ... recall ??? Free coffee, in the name of the excellent customer experience.
