i	igor brazorf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ questa banca NON rispetta gli orari indicati. sono arrivato 30 minuti prima della chiusura e non mi hanno fatto entrare, nonostante fosse scritto chiaramente che la porta viene bloccata 20 minuti prima. this bank does NOT respect the indicated times. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and they didn't let me in, although it was clearly written that the door is blocked 20 minutes before.

Non mi hanno fatto pagare un mav perché avevano bisogno di 15 minuti farlo e in quel momento avevano la sala piena (sala piena cioè 4 persone oltre me)... andati in crisi con 4 persone in sala giornata di fuoco... forse sono abituati a vedire solo i dipendenti dell'ufficio stesso... Non mi vedranno mai più nemmeno perio un prelievo di 1 euro... Incompetent. They didn't charge me a mav because they needed 15 minutes to do it and at that moment they had the full room (full room that is 4 people besides me) ... gone into crisis with 4 people in the room day of fire ... maybe they are accustomed to seeing only the employees of the office itself ... I will never even see a withdrawal of 1 euro again ...
A	Antonia Cavalieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 12 anni da loro cliente,mi reco per cambiare un loro assegno emesso dopo aver chiuso il mio conto .l addetto allo sportello molto scocciato mi fa storie per un assegno di 31 euro oltretutto della loro banca.poca professionalità per una ex cliente da 12 anni. I miei complimenti al Signor Bassetti e alla ragazza bionda degli uffici ma il rapporto allo sportello con il cittadino lascia molto a desiderare . After 12 years as their client, I go to change a check they have issued after closing my account. The very annoyed counter clerk makes me fuss about a check for 31 euros plus from their bank. Little professionalism for a former customer of 12 years. My compliments to Mr. Bassetti and the blonde office girl but the relationship with the citizen at the counter leaves much to be desired.
