They have been of great help in guiding me as a non-Italian speaker through all the formal procedures while always balancing well my interest and the one of the seller. In addition, they have been of great help after the entire process in finding reliable service providers for the works/services needed. Also from a seller perspective, Giovanni and his team were among not so many who offered their service to me as an English-speaking client, and even more importantly, they have responded to the messages in short period which shouldn't be assumed for granted (some companies reply after several weeks or not at all). While it is always important to be very critical and to think everything through well before buying a house, I can say that in the aftermath, I wouldn't do anything different. I feel treated fairly and I am very satisfied with the service provided. Therefore, I can highly recommend Giovanni.
