D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 4 mesi che tento di chiamare in sede per chiedere come chiudere il conto. Nessuna risposta, squilla a vuoto, a qualsiasi ora. Oggi per la prima volta mi ha risposto una centralinista dicendomi di venire senza appuntamento. Ovviamente non mi fido. Alcuni utenti lamentano di essere stati mandati via poiché senza appuntamento. Ho persino chiamato il call center per chiedere come comportarmi, alcuni operatori mi hanno detto di inviare una raccomandata con la carta di debito del conto tagliata, altri di spedirla non tagliata, altri ancora che non è possibile via raccomandata, ma solo fisicamente. E quindi cosa dovrei fare? Mi chiedo se questo atteggiamento sia stato segnalato, dato che poco etico e lecito; nemmeno una banca di Curaçao si comporterebbe in questo modo. Negare assistenza, soprattutto per chiudere un conto, dovrebbe definirsi pressoché illegale. I have been trying to call the office for 4 months to ask how to close the account. Dovevo incassare un assegno, chiamo preventivamente in banca per sapere se fosse possibile, mi rispondono che non ci sono problemi. Ovviamente quando provo ad incassarlo fanno storie e si inventano ogni scusa immaginabile facendomi perdere tempo. Se non siete clienti cercate soluzioni più valide, se siete già clienti scappate.
