★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte che ci siamo trovati stra-male con questa banca (ma la nostra filiale non era questa), qui è segnalato un bancomat che non c'è, almeno quando la filiale è chiusa. E la filiale è chiusa anche quando ci si aspetta di trovarla aperta. Questa la nostra ripetuta esperienza. Ora non ci occorre più.
Aside from the fact that we found ourselves extremely bad with this bank (but our branch was not this one), here is an ATM that is not there, at least when the branch is closed. And the branch is closed even when you expect to find it open. This is our repeated experience. Now we don't need it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale incompetente e totalmente assente in caso di dubbi o problemi , prima di iniziare un qualsiasi rapporto con loro, quale che sia un finanziamento, mutuo o un semplice conto in banca pensateci molto bene , per risparmiare qualche euro sulla rata del mutuo e ora mi trovo in balia di questa banca..
incompetent staff and totally absent in case of doubts or problems, before starting any relationship with them, whatever a loan, mortgage or a simple bank account think about it very well, to save a few euros on the mortgage payment and now I find myself at the mercy of this bank ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un branco di scimmie nullafacenti, assolutamente incompetenti e spocchiosi. Filiale da evitare in ogni modo, il personale non è di nessun aiuto, anzi vi faranno perdere una giornata per niente.
Sono passata per ritirare un semplice assegno, sentendomi dire che sarei dovuta tornare la mattina seguente.
Una volta recatami nuovamente presso la filiale vengo a conoscenza del fatto che in questa banca non solo era impossibile incassare un assegno ma stavano addirittura cercando di farmi aprire un conto corrente a pagamento.
Mi sono dunque recata in posta e lì, davanti ad un personale allibito dalla questione sono riuscita a risolvere.
Esperienza pessima, degradante ed estenuante.
Ripeto: filiale da evitare in tutti i modi

A herd of nosy monkeys, utterly incompetent and snooty. Branch to avoid in any way, the staff is of no help, in fact they will make you waste a day for nothing.
I came by to collect a simple check, being told that I should be back the next morning.
Once I went back to the branch, I learned that not only was it impossible to cash a check in this bank, but they were even trying to get me to open a paid current account.
So I went to the post office and there, in front of a staff stunned by the question, I was able to resolve it.
Bad, degrading and exhausting experience.
I repeat: branch to be avoided in all ways
