★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da cliente fisso mai mancato appuntamenti o pagamenti... ma poi se si devono svegliare loro apriti cielo...non sopporto le prese in giro ma dopo mesi che rimandano sinceramente mi sento un po offeso... forse è il caso che mi guardi intorno e intraveda porte in altre banche... soprattutto per correttezza nei confronti del cliente!! Ogni volta che chiami è un continuo rimandare... non ci si comporta così! E tengo a precisare visto le risposte ad altri local guide che siete voi a dover contattare i vostri clienti e non noi a voi.. l errore parte dai vostri collaboratori non dai clienti
As a regular customer, never missed appointments or payments ... but then if you have to wake them up, open up heaven ... I can't stand the teasing but after months of postponing sincerely I feel a little offended ... maybe it's the case that you look at me around and catch a glimpse of doors in other banks ... especially for fairness to the customer !! Every time you call it's a constant postponement ... don't behave like that! And I want to clarify given the answers to other local guides that it is you who must contact your customers and not us to you .. the error starts from your collaborators not from customers
