★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sò come andrà a finire la pratica del mutuo, ma l'adetta ci ha accolto in modo cordiale e interessata ad ascoltare i nostri problemi e cercando una soluzione. Sicuramente se la cosa andrà a buon fine apriremo il conto corrente.

Mama mia non e facile cambire numero come in posteitaliane tani volte ho cambiato di la .

Mama mia it is not easy to change number as in posteitaliane many times I have changed there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un periodo di "deriva" dovuto all'incorporazione di Unipol Banca, che fatto precipitare nello sconforto più totale i vecchi clienti Unipol, da circa 1 anno e mezzo le cose sono migliorate. Direttore molto più disponibile e capace, attenzione alle richieste del cliente e rapida soluzione dei problemi, dipendenti, dopo alcuni avvicendamenti, competenti, disponibili e cordiali. PS è migliorato anche il numero verde. Non è ancora la Banca Perfetta ma Complimenti per l'impegno profuso ed i miglioramenti ottenuti. Continuate così !
After a period of "drift" due to the incorporation of Unipol Banca, which plunged old Unipol customers into utter despair, things have improved for about 1 year and a half. Manager much more helpful and capable, attention to customer requests and quick solution of problems, employees, after some changes, competent, helpful and friendly. PS the toll-free number has also improved. It is not yet the Perfect Bank but Congratulations on your commitment and the improvements obtained. Keep it up !
