★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza,l' impiegata che ci ha accolto per una fattibilità di un mutuo, precisamente per una sostituzione mutuo,è stata di una scortesia incredibile, non si è minimamente impegnata a trovarci una soluzione ai nostri problemi, ci ha addirittura detto di rivolgersi alla banca che abbiamo attualmente .... In più ha sgranato gli occhi quando a saputo che ci mandava mutuisupermarket il portale che si occupa di mutui. Altra cosa, ci ha detto che in fin dei conti noi non siamo come un cliente che è 15/20 anni correntista, quindi non si possono fidare più di tanto... Roba da pazzi,. Ti hanno fatto capire che se vogliono, il mutuo lo fanno, ma solo con chi vogliono loro... Da evitare in assoluto. Anche quando siamo entrati l'accoglienza è stata un disastro, siamo rimasti impalati senza che nessuno ci dicesse di cosa avevamo bisogno, l'addetto ci guardava ma non ci diceva niente, quando mi sono avvicinato per dirgli del mutuo, come se ci snobbasse ha chiamato quella per i mutui...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima banca!! Alle 12:15 ti mandano indietro a banca vuota e ti invitano a ritornare il pomeriggio!! Come se uno avesse tempo da perdere con loro,, forse non hanno ben chiaro che i datori loro siamo noi clienti, e se si comporto con menefreghismo saremo costretti a lasciare questa banca, con una, più seria, poi non voglio parlare del loro sistema centralizzato che fa acqua da tutte le parti, la loro app è una tragedia non vuole andare ed è faraginosissima, molto meglio quella di postepay, se poi cerchi qualcuno una volta su due non la trovi mai, è un gran casino fa veramente infuriare una banca disorganizzata, se potrò la lascerò con una un po' più cortese e più fluida. ??
