The transition from Ubi to Bper is a step back twenty years. Disastrous internal organization, counters closed but indicated as open, App that does not work, ATMs closed or not working. A disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci siamo! Dopo una settimana in cui i bancomat erano "esauriti" e dopo previa telefonata oggi erano disponibili i bancomat ma non andavano i gestionali. Organizzazione zero, problem solving meno ancora! Mi spiace, penso cambierò conto a breve ma comunque spero possiate migliorare il vostro servizio oltre che l'app di Bper perchè al momento c'è solo da migliorare! ?
We are not! After a week in which the ATMs were "sold out" and after a previous phone call today the ATMs were available but the management systems were not working. Zero organization, even less problem solving! I'm sorry, I think I will change my account shortly but anyway I hope you can improve your service as well as the Bper app because at the moment there is only to improve! ?
