★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono costretta a recarmi in questa banca ,mio malgrado, per conto di un parente . Il personale ,sia di cassa che degli uffici è maleducato, arrogante , supponente proprio inadatto a svolgere un lavoro così delicato in cui ci vuole educazione e tatto. Ci vorrebbe più sorveglianza sul comportamento di queste persone .
Unfortunately I am forced to go to this bank, despite myself, on behalf of a relative. The staff, both at the cash desk and at the offices, are rude, arrogant, opinionated, just unsuitable for carrying out such a delicate job that requires education and tact. It would take more surveillance on the behavior of these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vai al pomeriggio per la cassa non ti fanno nemmeno entrare. Cosa significa che la banca è aperta fino alle 16 ma la cassa solo la mattina? Peraltro non è indicato da nessuna parte. Pessimo servizio .
If you go to the cashier in the afternoon, they won't even let you in. What does it mean that the bank is open until 4 pm but the cashier is only open in the morning? Moreover it is not indicated anywhere. Bad service.
