Sul muro esterno alla città è presente un bassorilievo con gli stemmi dell'Austria, del Tirolo e della città. Sopra è presente un affresco con lo stemma degli Asburgo.
The road that led to today's capital of the province started from Porta Bolzano. It too consists of an arched portal surmounted by three floors. On the wall outside the city there is a bas-relief with the coats of arms of Austria, Tyrol and the city. Above is a fresco with the coat of arms of the Habsburgs.
