Attenti nel curare l'originalità del posto mantenendo sempre intatto quello che è il suo stile e le sue origini.
Il borgo antico poi e da visitare assolutamente , degustando magari le prelibatezze del posto.... E ce ne sono tante, dai formaggi ai salumi passando da un bel bicchiere di vino.
Bovino poi era anche un luogo frequentato dai briganti, e ancora oggi si riesce a vedere qualche traccia.
Salite a Bovino e non v'è ne pentirete.
