A seven course meal served with explanations of every dish in voluble Italian of which we didn't understand a word. But no matter because it was all truly excellent. Don't miss the opportunity to eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled across this little place on Google Maps, drove up the hill, walked in and this literally made a bad day much better! The food we were served was incredibly tasty and is home-made. This feels like becoming a guest in an Italian family just for lunch/dinner! The service was truly heartwarming and authentic. Also, when we got the check, we were stunned that the price was that good for such amazing, regional, authentic Italian food that was prepared with passion. I am so glad we took this detour from our road - this was our favorite restaurant on a while three week roadtrip through Southern Italy! ♡ There's no menu but plates will be brought at your table one after the other - and each one is delightful. Better come hungry as you will be filled afterwards for the rest of the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most definitely, the best restaurant in Bovino. I had the greatest meals I’ve had in a very long time. Everything so carefully crafted such as the cold meat paired with fruit such as melon so as to enhance the flavours. The atmosphere of the Osteria Ndo’ Save’rie Lu Conte is magical, reminiscent of the town’s rich history. Saverio is a magnificent host, he makes you feel at home while he’s extremely knowledgeable!
Please do check out all of the pictures of the meals. This Osteria is a place that everyone should visit at least once... as you will always want to come back!
