★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La strafottenza e la maleducazione della commessa presente oggi 2 dicembre alle ore 14 non ha uguali.... Davvero peccato che non ci sia un resp o titolare a controllare tanta sgarberia.... ero stata avvisata da una signora in fila che aspettava con me fuori prima di entrare,ma non potevo crederci. È stata ben peggio di quello che avrei potuto immaginare!
The arrogance and rudeness of the saleswoman present today 2 December at 2 pm is unmatched .... It is a pity that there is no manager or owner to control such rudeness .... I was warned by a lady in line who was waiting with me out before I went in, but I couldn't believe it. It was far worse than I could have imagined!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena entrata e anche uscita dal negozio!! La commessa ha fatto fatica a salutarmi e poi è entrata in magazzino, uscita dopo 5 minuti e non mi ha considerata !!! Dovevo prendere delle cosine ma andrò in un altro negozio. Non si vende così... mi dispiace. Ho fatto la commessa anch'io e non si trattano così i clienti... peccato in un momento di crisi.
Just entered and even left the shop !! The saleswoman struggled to greet me and then went into the warehouse, left after 5 minutes and did not consider me !!! I had to get some little things but I'll go to another store. It doesn't sell like that ... I'm sorry. I did the job too and customers are not treated like this ... sin in a moment of crisis.

Questa sera (26/06/2020) alle 19.50 entro in negozio, ero l'unica cliente e la commessa era in magazzino. Ho aspettato 5 minuti buoni e finalmente si è accorta di me. Avevo già scelto cosa comprare, mi avvicino alla cassa e lei mi dice che alle 20.00 chiudeva e che non potevo comprare nulla. Ero di passaggio, sicuramente non ci tornerò apposta e dopo la pessima accoglienza di questa sera, non ci passerò più. In 30 secondi, al massimo 1 minuto, avrei fatto l'acquisto (che in questo periodo potrebbe solo fare comodo) e avrebbe chiuso anche un paio di minuti in anticipo. Anch'io lavoro, mi scoccia uscire in ritardo dell'orario di servizio, ma se ho clienti o lavoro arretrato faccio anche ore in più.. E qui stavamo parlando di alcuni minuti prima della chiusura. Servizio pessimo e commessa maleducata.

Tonight (06/26/2020) at 7.50 pm I enter the shop, I was the only customer and the order was in stock. I waited a good 5 minutes and she finally noticed me. I had already chosen what to buy, I go to the cashier and she tells me that at 20.00 she closed and that I could not buy anything. I was passing through, surely I will not go back on purpose and after the bad reception this evening, I will not go there again. In 30 seconds, at most 1 minute, I would have made the purchase (which in this period could only be convenient) and would have closed a couple of minutes in advance. I, too, work, it annoys me to go out late, but if I have clients or backlog I also work extra hours .. And here we were talking about a few minutes before closing. Bad service and rude saleswoman.
