Carne e prodotti di gastronomia sempre eccellente, spesso indeciso su cosa prendere perché la scelta é sempre ampia. Se andate alla Grande Mela non potete non passare di qui. Stra consigliato ! Ritengo che i prezzi, confrontati con altri negozi similari, anche sotto l'aspetto qualitativo, siano leggermente più alti della media. In ogni caso un ottima macelleria dove acquistare carne di cavallo e preparati vari e gustosi. Very good products and very good meat of undoubted quality. Alle ore 18:40, orario verificato attraverso orologio perfettamente funzionante, mi presento al negozio ove ad attendere di essere servite vi erano altre persone. Nonostante la presenza di clienti in attesa e l'orario non prossimo alla chiusura prevista per le 20:00, un baldanzoso ragazzo si occupava di ritirare la carne esposta dal bancone disinteressandosi completamente dei clienti. Ho atteso qualche istante ed ho pensato che si stesse preparando alla chiusura ma poi ho visto che mancava più di un'ora. Anche avessi voluto acquistare qualcosa non avrei potuto anche perché il bancone era ormai quasi vuoto. Infastidito me ne sono andato ed ho considerato che non mi vedranno più. Volevo inoltre consigliare il "gestore" della macelleria che qualche volta si può fare anche una "mea culpa" , evitando di cercare di ridicolizzare un cliente che ha fatto un'osservazione legittima, accampando scuse non veritiere. Non basta avere prodotti esclusivi (è l'unica macelleria equina), bisogna saperli vendere... I have bought horse meat in this shop several times and found myself okay but yesterday I was embarrassed. Pezzi grossi come un pugno ma soprattutto che sembravano scarti. Blocchi di grasso e nervi! Non parliamo del sapore che tutto era tranne che di Pastisada . Titolare o chi per lui per nulla cortese. Fate un bagnetto di umiltà anche nel rispondere alle critiche e ricordate che la gente la si frega una sola volta . Never again. I was on Saturday to take some Pastisada, to use a civil language I would say it was very bad. Pieces as big as a fist but above all that looked like scraps. Fat and nerve blocks! Let's not talk about the flavor that everything was except Pastisada. Owner or whoever for him not at all courteous. Bellissima bottega, ma carne di poca freschezza, a parer mio. Disappointed with purchase, "old" flavor burger, pastisada de caval, freezer flavor, sorry but I will never go back. Beautiful shop, but not very fresh meat, in my opinion.

La signora super-gentilissima, amburgher già conditi, ci sono passato milioni di volte davanti dal 2017 e quest'anno è stata la prima volta che ci sono andato a prendere della carne e sono rimasto super-sodisfatto ? peccato che vivo a Bologna, sennò verrei sempre lì a comperare della carne di cavallo di prima scelta, da quel giorno sono e sarò un vostro cliente fisso, visto che vengo due, tre volte al mese in Veneto... Great butcher!
