Prendetevi circa tre ore di tempo per goderlo appieno nella sua meraviglia. The path inside the forest leads to the discovery of numerous environmental and historical values. All'interno del bosco ci sono dei sentieri che in parte seguono una trincea della prima guerra mondiale con dei bellissimi scorci sulla valle del Sarca, e in altri punti costeggiano o passano all'interno delle cave di olite, da dove veniva estratta la pietra, che essendo facilmente lavorabile, veniva scolpita per ricavare statue o tubazioni per condotte dell'acqua. Mettendosi in contatto con la Sat di Arco è possibile concordare delle visite guidate Very beautiful and interesting place. a	alberto lazzaroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessante percorso storico-naturalistico ben segnalato ed attrezzato con pannelli descrittivi degli aspetti tipici dell’area dal punto di vista naturalistico, flora e fauna, ma anche storico data la presenza di numerose cave di estrazione di pietra usata per ricavarne monumenti davvero impressionanti per colpo d’occhio .in alcune di queste cave vi sono ricavate molte linee di arrampicata per climber di buon livello. Infine vi è un percorso ad anello che ci porta alla scoperta delle trincee della guerra mondiale. Allungando verso Troiana si può facilmente raggiungere un sito dove sono presenti una serie di incisioni rupestri di diverse epoche.l’imbocco del sentiero è raggiungibile anche in auto ma se si risiede ad Arco il consiglio è quello di arrivarci a piedi per evitare “ingorghi” sulle strette stradine che portano alle altrettante piccole aree di sosta. Tutto il giro dalla Chiesa di S.Giuseppe misura 12km. Tagliando la visita alle incisioni 10 con pendenze sempre poco impegnative.
