Ma essendo "sera" 9.30 era già tardi per un intervento non so dove abbia trovato il coraggio di aprire un canile se poi non c'è nemmeno l'impegno per aiutare i poveri cuccioli. Ora quel cane non si sa dove sia. Grazie per l'utilità e la NON voglia di lavorare. TUESDAY night they lost a dog (not mine) and I was trying to keep it next to me so as not to lose it, calling this kennel. But being "evening" 9.30 it was already late for an operation I do not know where he found the courage to open a kennel if there is not even the commitment to help the poor puppies. Now that dog is not known where it is. Thanks for the usefulness and the NOT willingness to work.

Buona accoglienza e tantissimi volontari che offrono un momento di libertà a turno per tutti gli ospiti. Beautiful facility where we were able to adopt a Labrador crossbreed dog. Sono stati formidabili, in particolare una volontaria di nome Alessia e poi sicuramente Filomena e Roberto, molto attenti ai consigli, al benessere del cane, e disponibilissimi a starti dietro prima di decidere, di farti andare più volte per stare col cane che si sceglie, sia nelle aree per correre e giocare sia all'interno per parlare di come si gestisce un cane, cosa per noi nuova. Complimenti per la simpatia, cortesia, chiarezza anche al telefono. Fantastici e basta ?? We got our puppy almost a month ago. Mi sono locata in questo canile per fare volontariato, visto la mia passione per i cani e sono stata accolta da una signora in modo apparentemente disinteressato. Una volta spiegata la questione della tessera mi è stato detto di ripensarci, poiché ci sono dei cani aggressivi che potrebbero mordere e che al momento non c’erano cani apparentemente docili disponibili da gestire, quindi secondo loro non sarei in grado di gestirli, senza aver avuto nemmeno la possibilità di fare la prova di una settimana. A quanto sembra non è così vero che hanno bisogno di persone che svolgano volontariato. Horrible experience. I rented this kennel to volunteer, given my passion for dogs and I was welcomed by a lady in an apparently disinterested way. Once the membership issue was explained I was told to think again, as there are some aggressive dogs that might bite and that at the moment there were no seemingly docile dogs available to handle, so in their opinion I wouldn't be able to handle them, without having not even had the chance to do the one-week test. Apparently it is not so true that they need people to volunteer.
