Il rifugio è articolato in più strutture nello stesso posto... un casolare riscaldato a pellet ospita il veterinario e due stanze con delle gabbie abbastanza grandi (lunghe circa due metri e larghe uno) per ospitare un singolo gatto per il pensionato. Coperte ricoprono le gabbie in inverno, riscaldate da una stufa a pellet. Comunque in inverno non fa caldissimo...ogni gabbia ha una cuccia, una lettiera, un tunnel morbido dove il gatto si può rifugiare. chi gestisce la struttura rifornisce di acqua e cibo ( a scelta dei padroni e fornito dai gestori). L altra struttura ospita cani in gabbie esterne. Ce ne dovrebbe essere un altra che non ho visitato, dove mi sa che c è un canile... C'era molto caos e rumori provenienti da fuori, abbaiare costante di cani e mi è stato detto che la mia gatta soffiava e vocalizzava, cosa che non ha mai fatto e non è stata tranquillizzata per tutta la permanenza. La struttura è buona ma c'è qualche lavoro da fare. Oltre alla pensione ci sono tanti cani non di proprietà che devono essere adottati, che i volontari si occupano di far passeggiate nei bellisimi campi li vicino. Consiglio a tutti per la pensione, e invito tutti ad andare a vedere i cani che hanno bisogno di un'adozione. Kind, professional and loving staff with animals. My old Whiskey has always been pampered and treated with care. The structure is good but there is some work to be done. In addition to the pension there are many non-owned dogs that need to be adopted, that volunteers take care of walking in the beautiful fields nearby. I recommend everyone for retirement, and I invite everyone to go and see the dogs that need an adoption.

Si vede che vivono in un ambiente adatto a loro. Tornerò perché è stata un bellissima esperienza. Brave ragazze siete ammirevoli! Clean tidy environment all organized but the most important thing is them ...... the dogs. Well kept, healthy Their kennels are large and clean. Al mio arrivo ho trovato la gatta terrorizzata che tremava causa cani che abbaiavano fortissimo. Non aveva la ciotola dell'acqua perché lei gioca e la rovescia spesso. Era in una gabbia al caldo e al buio e mi avevano assicurato che una volta al giorno l'avrebbero fatta uscire. Siamo rimasti tutti traumatizzati e ancora oggi non posso pensare a quel giorno. Non ci porterò mai più la mia gatta, valutate voi se portare il vostro amato felino. Pessimo, pessimo, pessimo ???? Last year I left my cat for a week. Li ho ripresi ieri e li ho trovati perfettamente curati. Belle, la maremmana, ha sempre sofferto di dermatite cronica e seguiva un'alimentazione ad hoc; non ha mai avuto un pelo e una cute così bella sino ad ora. Tutti , cani e gatti, erano stati perfettamente accuditi ed erano tranquilli, pelo lucidissimo, ben nutriti. Avessi potuto avrei dato 10 stelle!! Grazie di cuore alla dottoressa De Lillo e a tutto il personale per la professionalità e le attenzioni. For the first time I left my animals for the holidays, 15 days: a Maremma shepherd, a blind one-eyed foundling and 2 cats. I took them back yesterday and found them perfectly manicured. Belle, from Maremma, has always suffered from chronic dermatitis and followed an ad hoc diet; has never had such a beautiful hair and skin until now. Everyone, dogs and cats, had been perfectly cared for and were calm, very shiny, well fed. I could have given it 10 stars !! Heartfelt thanks to Dr. De Lillo and all the staff for their professionalism and attention.
