Dopo aver sostituito un iniettore , alla mia richiesta di avere indietro quello usato mi è stato risposto che non era possibile perché era un rifiuto speciale, cosa smentita da altre tre officine! Inoltre mi era stato detto che un supporto motore era da sostiture, cosa risultata non vera da altre due officine che mi hanno fatto provare a partire con il freno a mano tirato e i supporti erano integri. La moglie del proprietario farebbe bene a fare il suo lavoro di contabilità invece che fare e dare diagnosi tecniche. Avete perso un cliente.....e non farò buona pubblicità
I have no criticisms on professionalism, yes on customer management. After replacing an injector, when I asked to have the used one back, I was told that it was not possible because it was a special refusal, which was denied by three other workshops! Furthermore, I was told that an engine support had to be replaced, which was found to be untrue by two other workshops that made me try to start with the handbrake on and the supports were intact. The owner's wife would do well to do her bookkeeping work instead of doing and giving technical diagnoses. You have lost a customer ..... and I will not do good publicity
