Ho richiesto delle analisi complete e sul referto mancavano ben 2 valori ( non analizzati proprio) inoltre hanno perso anche il contenitore di urina (sul referto c'era scritto "non pervenuto") eppure la dottoressa l'ha preso ed etichettato di fronte a me. Mi chiedo come sia possibile avere una struttura sanitaria che salta alcuni esami e perda dei contenitori consegnati. Assurdo veramente! Non conviene neanche fare un reclamo perché per un eventuale rimborso di pochi euro c'è una procedura lunga e piena di documenti da compilare! Per fortuna ero esente per molti di questi esami e il danno economico non è stato gravoso.
I paid for a service and I just had a huge DISSERVICE!
I requested complete analyzes and the report was missing 2 values (not analyzed at all) and they also lost the urine container (on the report it said "not received") yet the doctor took it and labeled it in front of me . I wonder how it is possible to have a health facility that misses some exams and loses some delivered containers. Really absurd! It is not even worth making a complaint because for a possible refund of a few euros there is a long procedure full of documents to fill out! Fortunately, I was exempt from many of these exams and the financial damage was not severe.
