Alle 12,40 si liberano 2 impiegate, una rimane seduta alla scrivania senza nemmeno guardarci, l'altra dopo avermi vista viene interrotta dall'ingresso di una cliente, che sicuramente aveva visto prima, e incurante della mia presenza inizia a parlare con la signora. Alchè mi domanda "c'è lei signora" rispondo "si da 1 ora e mezza" e mi anticipa dicendo che la progettazione alle 12 e 43 non si può fare. In questo posto c'è pochissimo rispetto per il cliente, potevano tranquillamente dirmelo prima e non farmi stare lì oltre che dopo 1 ora che mi vedi aspettare non ti metti a parlare con una cliente appena entrata.
