Ma io mi chiedo quali siano realmente le mansioni contrattuali di una commessa! Chiedo per assurdo se i capi li sanificano e mi risponde che la normativa di sanificazione non è più in vigore. Vi assicuro che ci sono tanti bravi ragazzi e ragazze in cerca di lavoro date spazio a chi lo merita davvero...nn si tratta così un cliente e ve lo dice una che ha un' attività. Nel periodo dei buoni sconto mi sono stati letteralmente tirati i in faccia gli scontrini che mi davano diritto allo sconto di spesa. Un italiano da dimenticare e un atteggiamento spocchioso che mal si sposa con la cortesia che un franchising del genere dovrebbe invece garantire. Chi sta a stretto contatto con il pubblico dovrebbe essere prima di tutto educato a farlo o ricevere un minimo di formazione. Il rischio,altrimenti, è quello di sentirsi umiliati anche solo per comprare un paio di ciabatte. Pessimo servizio!
