Very poor, to buy 2 things I waited half an hour even though there was no line. Staff too slow and listless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il problema fondamentalmente è che sono lenti nel servizio, anche con un solo cliente davanti a me ho dovuto aspettare quasi 10 minuti per acquistare un oggetto. Allucinante poi la richiesta di € 1 come costo amministrativo per avere la fattura elettronica.
The problem basically is that they are slow in the service, even with just one customer in front of me I had to wait almost 10 minutes to buy an item. Hallucinating then the request for € 1 as an administrative cost for having the electronic invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio al quanto scadente, ho acquistato una cosa che mi sono reso conto di avere a casa e dopo meno di 24 ore ritorno per fare il reso e mi sento dire che non era possibile (prodotto integro nella confezione ovviamente) quando per legge un prodotto può essere reso entro 7 giorni!!! Poi non vi lamentate quando chiudete battenti TRUFFATORI!!!!
