★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza che mi ha causato notevoli disagi, il taxista, “ per non sporcare/ rovinare l’auto” non ha terminato la corsa richiesta, la strada era assolutamente praticabile visto era attraversata da auto di ogni tipo. Non usufruirò mai più di questo servizio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pietosi... Vantate un servizio 24 ore su 24, ma fate come cavolo vi pare... Non è la prima volta che io e altri miei amici rimaniamo a piedi dovendo adattarci a dormire in macchina o addirittura fare chilometri a piedi nel cuore della notte per tornare a casa, qualcuno ci ha anche rimesso la patente. Almeno avere la decenza di rispondere al telefono e dire.... Cavoli vostri arrangiatevi... 8
Complimenti per la serietà che avete sempre dimostrato negli anni... Fosse per me vi denuncerei a tutti per mancato servizio. Ma non mi vale la pena.... Unica soddisfazione alla mia rabbia per essere ancora qui ad aspettare qualcuno dopo 2 ore che mi risponda.... È fare questa recensione. Non rispondete a questa che fate più bella figura

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato un trasporto Bormio - rifugio Val Fraele. Telefonicamente mi fa presente che solitamente lasciano le persone all'inizio del primo lago, io ribatto che mi serve arrivare alla seconda diga, dato che sono 6km a piedi, e ho una persona che non sta bene da recuperare. Detto questo, chiedo prezzo, sono 40€.
Arrivati mi lascia dove voleva lui. Faccio presente che la strada è lunga, ho un'urgenza, ma non vuole farla altrimenti "si rovina il mezzo, serve un fuoristrada".
La strada è normalissima, lo ho potuto apprezzare facendola a piedi. Sterrato in polvere, zero ghiaia, zero sassi, zero buche. Tanto che al rifugio era parcheggiata un Audi TT.
Dimenticavo, 40€ rigorosamente senza scontrino.
Booked a transport Bormio - Val Fraele refuge. Arrived leaves me where he wanted. I point out that the road is long, I have an urgency, but he doesn't want to do it otherwise "the vehicle is ruined, an off-road vehicle is needed".
The road is very normal, I was able to appreciate it by walking it. Dirt dirt road, zero gravel, zero stones, zero holes. So much so that an Audi TT was parked at the shelter.
I forgot, 40 € strictly without receipt.
