a	antonio amante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sostituita batteria, presso assistenza borgognoni, su mini one d in data 08 agosto 2021 dopo 4 mesi la vettura segnala batteria scarica avviare motore, premetto che la macchina viene utilizzata giornalmente, la diagnosi conferma batteria scarica e quindi non la possono sostituire, sta di fatto che ad oggi la macchina segnala sempre lo stesso problema e onestamente non mi sembra corretto che debba andare avanti così, provvederò a sostituire la batteria, presso un altro centro assistenza mini, l'intestataria della inini è mia figlia carolina amante battery replaced, at Burgundian assistance, on mini one d on 08 August 2021 after 4 months the car signals low battery start the engine, I state that the car is used daily, the diagnosis confirms the low battery and therefore they cannot replace it, the fact is that today the machine always reports the same problem and honestly it does not seem correct that it should go on like this, I will replace the battery, at another mini service center, the holder of the inini is my daughter carolina lover

Ho avuto un problema con l'auto nuova, presa a noleggio con Arval, dopo pochissimi km, mi sono rivolto a loro e hanno risolto tutto in tempi rapidissimi e con la massima professionalità. Grazie in particolare al Sig. Diego per la puntualità dimostrata. I was only familiar with this service center because of the good reputation they have, but I had not had the opportunity to experience their professionalism because I had never had a BMW car before. I had a problem with the new car, hired with Arval, after a few km, I contacted them and they solved everything in a very short time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks in particular to Mr. Diego for his punctuality.

Emma proposed to visit the service in two or three days, which was nice. I asked them to check if the timing chain must be changed and the check showed that it must, so they proposed the car to stay there until everything is repaired. I received an offer, the price was very good and my car was back on the road in few days. Special thanks to Emma and Diego - this is how the perfect BMW service should look like.

Being an expat in Rome who doesn't speak much Italian is never easy. I used to go to another BMW workshop for the regular maintenance and repair. Not much people spoke English there, furthermore, you could feel their impatience when you tried to explain what happened and your demand. Once I even found the engine oil lid was left somewhere else under the bonnet after maintenance. The other time, my car was kept for a month for repairing without a decent explanation. So every time something happened to my car, I really felt stressed out and desperate. Things changed after I accidently found "Borgognoni Assistenza BMW Roma" and decided to give it a try. Ms. Emma Taliento who speaks English perfectly helped me to solve all the problems I had. She's been very patient and helpful to me, explained everything clearly and responded my requests promptly. She's concerned by my best interest. She even helped me to deal with the insurance company which was obviously beyond her job. I did 2x repair and 3x maintenances with them. They've been always very professional. The work was done flawlessly. Being in Italy for 4+ years I've been through many difficulties and touched by many lovely Italians. I had a glass broken by carjacking in Rome and immediately made an appointment the next day for replacement. Other BMW branches did not offer this promptness. Plus they speak English for foreign customers who do not speak Italian. Highly recommended!
