La superficie dell'Azienda è attualmente destinata a vigneto per circa 70 ettari, a oliveto per 50 ettari. I fabbricati e le costruzioni rurali occupano 6 ettari, mentre i restanti 350 ettari sono boschivi. La parte più interessante del borgo, costituito da dimore signorili con eleganti giardini e numerosi edifici anticamente destinati ad attività artigianali e rurali, risale all'età medioevale, ed è ricca di testimonianze architettoniche e artistiche delle varie epoche successive.
