Il servizio fornito è eccellente tanto è vero che sono cliente da diversi anni. Funziona perfettamente la possibilità di prenotare i testi online e di ricevere un messaggio quando sono arrivati in modo da evitare inutili perdite di tempo. Inoltre accettano i buoni libro del Comune di Roma. Sorry for the first review but it was a mistake, as my smartphone's touch screen didn't work. The service provided is excellent so much so that I have been a customer for several years. The ability to book texts online and receive a message when they arrive works perfectly to avoid wasting time. They also accept book vouchers from the Municipality of Rome.

A mio giudizio molto grave... Personale a volte non molto cortese probabilmente la pressione di alcuni periodi dell'anno. Inoltre tra tutti i libri del 1 anno solo 1 usato. Credo non sia la libreria adatta x chi cerca prettamenete libri usati. Well organized, you receive messages and emails every time a book arrives, unfortunately I had difficulty calling to request delivery after more than a month from the order. Staff sometimes not very courteous probably the pressure of certain times of the year. Also among all 1 year books only 1 used. Non vi sta bene mi dispiace, ma se siete troppo orgogliosi per ricevere delle recensioni parzialmente negative potete disattivarle e non fare risposte da intellettuali citando filosofi e scrittori dicendo sei imbecille in poche parole... è, e rimane un problema vostro... inoltre il cliente ha sempre ragione. 2 ps alla vostra risposta. Questo accanimento mi sembra ridicolo io ho semplicemente detto che non è possibile dopo 1 mese e mezzo non aver ricevuto ancora il libro quando siamo andati successivamente in un'altra libreria e dopo 5 giorni lo abbiamo ritirato... tutto qui. Ripeto se volete avere ragione per forza mi dispiace ma le cose a mio parere stanno così... non si può aspettare un mese e mezzo per un libro di testo. Thise books were urgently needed.she asked me to go there and order them. I went there and ordered them. I paid half the price! I got a receipt and was asked to go back one week later to pick up those books. One week later when I was there, one lady said come tomorrow! today we have recieved the orders from post. we can not check that which one is yours. I talked and said that my house is far and difficult to go and come the next day. After a little talk, she looked at her list. She checked and checked and at the end said to me: publisher will send them in 20 days. I said to her that all my son's classmate have the book! she suggested me that I can buy it thrrough internet! As if i did not know other ways of shopping! i believe because i could not talk the languge well, and they had forgotten to order the book, they behaved like that! I had to go back home and ordered from publishing's website. And books were delieverd after 6 days!
