L	Luke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terme situate in un piccolo borghetto a Caderzone, struttura con spazi contenuti ma con un clima intimo e molto accogliente. Super consigliate, sopratutto per le coppie. Personale gentile e disponibile sin dalla chiamata per la prenotazione. Nessun problema con il cofanetto "Regalbox". Spas located in a small hamlet in Caderzone, a structure with limited spaces but with an intimate and very welcoming atmosphere. Super recommended, especially for couples. Friendly and helpful staff since the call for booking. No problem with the "Regalbox" box set.
P	Paola Oggioni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mie brutta esperienza non riguarda la SPA ma una visita privata svolta nel borgo della salute dello stesso stabile. Ho prenotato una visita con l'otorino, telefonicamente mi hanno dato tutte le info per accedere in sicurezza alla struttura...mascherina nessun sintomo influenzale etc... Una volta presente in struttura ed entrata nell'ambulatorio ho passato la visita durata 10 minuti esatti scoprendo che la visita specialistica non poteva essere tale perché causa covid le apparecchiature utili per fare una diagnosi non c'erano per regole di disinfezione. Quindi ho fatto una visita generica che avrei potuto fare dal mio medico di famiglia ,mi è stato prescritto un esame da fare tramite mutua in ospedali di zona pagando un ticket e oltretutto la beffa è che il pagamento della visita non prevedeva la lettura dell'esito degli esami...vergognoso quindi 102,00 per guardarmi l'orecchio con la luce e una volta fatto l'esame esterno 70,00 per leggerlo ed eventualmente darmi un responso. Penso che questo sia prendere in giro i pazienti ,vergognoso My bad experience does not concern the SPA but a private visit carried out in the health village of the same building. Gli spazi sono tutti stretti, ma se non è troppo affollato è gestibile. Quello che è inaccettabile è lo spogliatoio: infruibile se ci sono 3-4 persone contemporaneamente, con armadietti dietro la porta, pavimento sempre fradicio e sporco, asciugacapelli di scarsissima potenza. Questo aspetto è sicuramente molro migliorabile. Prezzo onesto. Difficile parcheggiare. Small but nice spas. Sauna, calidarium, Turkish bath, salt cave, small swimming pool with whirlpools, ice buckett. The spaces are all tight, but if it's not too crowded it's manageable. What is unacceptable is the locker room: unfutable if there are 3-4 people at the same time, with lockers behind the door, floor always wet and dirty, hair dryer of very little power. This aspect is certainly much improved. Honest price. Difficult to park.

Il servizio pubblico non era disponibile in tempi brevi e mia figlia doveva risolvere una questione estetica in vista di una gara sportiva a livello nazionale. Avevo chiesto un parere telefonico perché sapevo che la visita sarebbe quasi stata superflua. Il parere telefonico è stato rifiutato. Appuntamento ad ore 15:00 del giorno 11/05/21: la Bergamo inizia proponendo una visita dei nei. Io mi chiedo come mai, visto che non avevamo chiesto nulla di tutto ciò. Rifiutiamo. Poi prova a fare la psicologa di mia figlia e non capisco il perchè... Finalmente arriviamo al dunque, le cicatrici sul braccio: è possibile toglierle con il laser? In due minuti dice:"Le cicatrici non si possono togliere con laser, non prendere il sole, metterci un gel." Totale minuti spesi con la Bergamo 10 di cui 2 per la diagnosi. Totale visita € 102,00 Euro. Ho chiesto alla Bergamo se non era possibile ridurre la tariffa vista la brevità dell'incontro, ma nonostante fosse in imbarazzo e con gli occhi bassi, si è rifiutata. Dal mio punto di vista, la questione morale dovrebbe essere sempre tenuta in considerazione, ma questi non sono i tempi. Il denaro è denaro e non ci si ferma davanti a nulla. La Bergamo non ha nulla a che fare con il centro nel suo complesso che giudico bellissimo e il personale bravissimo. Prezzo 16 euro per due ore, assolutamente consigliato. Unica difficoltà è stata trovare parcheggio. Very intimate and nice place.
