I piatti sono all’altezza del contesto artistico: serviti e preparati con cura e gusto estetico, come anche gli arredamenti: eleganti, ma sobri. Il personale è gentile e preparato . Beautiful place in the splendid Piazza del Comune where you can have lunch in the presence of exclusive Italian art. The dishes match the artistic context: served and prepared with care and aesthetic taste, as well as the furnishings: elegant but sober. The staff is polite and knowledgeable.
L	Luca Coniglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte la location piacevole, il Bontà Bistrot rappresenta l’incarnazione del “voglio ma non posso”. Un pranzo domenicale in cinque, caratterizzato da piatti sub-standard a prezzi da stellato. Tralasciando le mancanze del servizio, dalla glacette impolverata al tavolo locato in prossimità dell’entrata con costanti interruzioni e ventate fredde, l’intero menù era sfortunatamente caratterizzato da piatti al di fuori della portata dello chef. Le tagliatelle al cacao risultavano mancanti di sapore, con un ragù di cinghiale troppo cotto e lento; il filetto di marango, seppure ben cotto, veniva servito su una bagna del proprio sangue di cottura; il carré di agnello in “crosta di nocciole” con gelatina di menta, si è rivelato essere un taglio povero e troppo cotto, semplicemente servito con granella di nocciole in dopo cottura e un risciacquo allo sciroppo di menta più appropriato ad uno studio dentistico. Ma i dubbi iniziarono a sorgere già con l’entrée, quando un uovo cotto a 65deg con eccessiva sapidità è stato presentato con un topping di tartufo nero invernale pregiato diluito con tartufo scorzone estivo. Dettaglio voluto, a detta del cameriere, che nonostante ciò ha spontaneamente offerto di diminuire il prezzo del piatto per via della mancanza della materia pregiata. Per concludere: il Bontà Bistrot ricerca piatti e sapori nuovi ma non riesce a centrare il bersaglio; un’esperienza che forse avrebbe potuto aver un senso solo ad un terzo del conto pagato. Aside from the pleasant location, Bontà Bistrot represents the embodiment of "I want but I can't". A Sunday lunch for five, featuring sub-standard dishes at starred prices. Leaving aside the shortcomings of the service, from the dusty glacette to the table located near the entrance with constant interruptions and cold breezes, the entire menu was unfortunately characterized by dishes beyond the reach of the chef. The cocoa noodles were lacking in flavor, with an overcooked and slow boar ragout; the marango fillet, although well cooked, was served over a bath of its own cooking blood; the rack of lamb in "hazelnut crust" with mint jelly, turned out to be a poor and overcooked cut, simply served with chopped hazelnuts after cooking and a rinse in mint syrup more appropriate to a dental office. But doubts began to arise already with the entrée, when an egg cooked at 65deg with excessive flavor was presented with a topping of black winter truffle diluted with summer scorzone truffle. A desired detail, according to the waiter, who nevertheless spontaneously offered to decrease the price of the dish due to the lack of the precious material. To conclude: the Bontà Bistrot searches for new dishes and flavors but fails to hit the target; an experience that perhaps could have made sense only to a third of the paid bill.
