★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola braceria in stile pugliese, con ottime bombette e tagliata. Vino tarantino ottimo, sembra di essere tornati in Puglia! Locale semplice e menu ristretto, ma in fondo si va lì per la carne! Servizio veloce e cordiale. Parcheggio facile e cani accettati. Tornerò sicuramente!
 Small Apulian-style grill, with excellent bowler hats and cut. Excellent Tarantino wine, it seems to be back in Puglia! Simple place and restricted menu, but basically you go there for the meat! Fast and friendly service. Easy parking and dogs accepted. I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale pulito e accoglienza top. Bravo Ivan ci hai consigliato davvero bene. Tagliata e bombette accompagnate da ottimi contorni che riportano ai sapori della Puglia. Fave e cicoria patate e melanzane a funghetto. Dolcis in fundo il re dei dolci....onore al pasticciotto ?.
Clean room and top hospitality. Bravo Ivan you advised us really well. Tagliata and bowls accompanied by excellent side dishes that bring back the flavors of Puglia. Broad beans and chicory, potatoes and mushroom aubergines. Last but not least the king of sweets .... honor to the pasticciotto ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bene ma non benissimo, sono stato due volte, ma non mi ha impressionato, l'idea di voler ricreare le macellerie pugliesi è buona ma non so perché ma mi aspettavo di più.... Le bombette classiche sono buone ma le altre... Bho... Anche la salsiccia e la tagliata non mi sono piaciute. Per il resto il locale è nuovo, parcheggio molto comodo, personale gentile, il servizio se il locale è pieno è un po' lento, prezzi medio alti.
Well but not very well, I've been twice, but it didn't impress me, the idea of wanting to recreate the Apulian butchers is good but I don't know why but I expected more .... The classic bowler hats are good but the others .. Bho ... I also didn't like the sausage and the tagliata. For the rest, the place is new, very convenient parking, friendly staff, the service if the place is full is a bit slow, medium-high prices.

Il concept del locale è davvero bello ed è una cosa che a Bologna non è diffusa.
Ti scegli la tua carne al bancone e te la grigliano al momento.
Tra le altre cose abbiamo provato la porchetta (purtroppo non l'ho fotografata) ed è stata la migliore mai mangiata: equilibrata per spaziatura e cotenna super croccante.
Va assolutamente prenotato perché è abbastanza pieno anche a pranzo.
Dò quattro stelle solo perché ci potrebbe essere una selezione maggiore di birra e non solo da 33 cl.
We were on Sunday for lunch and really enjoyed ourselves.
The concept of the place is really nice and it is something that is not widespread in Bologna.
You choose your meat at the counter and they grill it on the spot.
Among other things we tried the porchetta (unfortunately I didn't photograph it) and it was the best ever eaten: balanced in spacing and super crunchy rind.
It must be booked as it is quite full even for lunch.
I only give four stars because there may be a larger selection of beer and not just 33cl.

A Bologna per un week end, su consiglio di nostro figlio, abbiamo fatto tappa alla braceria Bombetta. Proprietario giovane e gentilissimo, se non erro di origini pugliesi così come buona parte delle pietanze proposte!
La carne non di discute: semplicemente ottima. Personalmente ho gradito una tagliata buonissima. In ogni caso, tutti abbiamo gradito tutto!
Da bere, cantina ben fornita ma, la sorpresa è stata la birra Raffo, tipica del tarantino, già conosciuta!
Rapporto qualità / prezzo più che ottimo.
Locale consigliatissimo,accogliente e pulito. Ampio parcheggio esterno. Spero di ritornarci per assistere ad una serata estiva a tema (La Pizzica), cui accennava il titolare.
Lots of excellent meat and lots and lots of kindness.
In Bologna for a weekend, on the advice of our son, we stopped at the Bombetta steakhouse. Young and very kind owner, if I'm not mistaken, of Apulian origins as well as most of the dishes proposed!
The meat is not disputed: simply excellent. Personally I liked a very good cut. In any case, we all enjoyed everything!
To drink, well-stocked cellar but, the surprise was the Raffo beer, typical of Taranto, already known!
Value for money more than excellent.
Highly recommended, welcoming and clean. Large outdoor parking. I hope to return to attend a themed summer evening (La Pizzica), which the owner mentioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto dove si mangia carne alla griglia buonissima. Locale moderno, personale gentile e servizio veloce. Si va al banco e si decide cosa mangiare. L'unica pecca che devo dire è che nn c'era un prezzo esposto nel banco.. Quindi si andava ad intuito.. Io ero tranquillo perché degli amici erano già andati a mangiare e avevano speso appena 30 euro e mangiato tantissimo. Idem noi.. Però sarebbe meglio esporre i prezzi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se siete dei pugliesi che vivono a Bologna ed è domenica ed avete un po' di nostalgia di casa Bombetta è il posto giusto per farvi dimenticare gli 800 km che vi separano dalla vostra terra. Se non siete pugliesi ed avete voglia di sentire i sapori pugliesi ed essere accolti calorosamente come un vero pugliese sa fare Bombetta è il posto giusto.
Abbiamo iniziato il pranzo con due "brasciole" al sugo, ottime ed è d'obbligo fare la scarpetta.
A seguire abbiamo preso un mix di bombette e della salsiccia, tutto molto saporito e di qualità. Abbiamo preso due calici di vino e consiglio di provare il Barone Pazzo.
Per finire abbiamo preso due pasticciotti che erano buoni ma non ottimi.
Io e il mio compagno abbiamo usufruito di uno sconto su The fork ed il totale era piu che adeguato alla qualità delle pietanze, a prezzo pieno, a mio avviso, il totale sarebbe stato eccessivo.
Il locale è provvisto di un comodo parcheggio.
