β β β β β Our first meal in Bologna, the staff is very friendly and full of passion on food. He recommended fresh artichoke and porcini salad. The salad is so fresh and crunchy with nice seasoning. Then the first course is green gnochetti and red ravioli, both of them are yummmmm. The second course we shared a roast suckling pig with potato. The pork is tender plus heavenly roast potato. The meal is perfectly ended with Italian after meal liqueurs.

β β β β β Lovely βcountry styleβ restaurant where all the pasta is still made by hand. The tortellini Rossa is exceptional; itβs stuffed with fresh buffalo milk mozzarella. About 20 minutes outside the city center .
